Please note that the Climate Resilience Fee has come into force in Greece, replacing the former residence fee. This surcharge is imposed per night on short term rentals, amounts to 8,00 Euros per night, is paid by the client and then refunded by the host to the Greek Republic and in no case constitutes revenue for the host.
